  2. This sounds like a good option for an agent who has fewer family obligations= older person. Younger people seem to be buying homes in my area & and paying 30K over list due to the low inventory. Makes sense they’d want protection against possible loss- especially with a high mortgage.

  3. Looking at getting into the business, of selling insurance as a 24 year old with a fiancé who’s an RN. Looks like it can be really lucrative if you have the people skills, deep understanding of the policies, and a bit of money to start off to invest in leads and whatnot. Really appreciate you taking the time to make these videos. Final expense should see a surge in demand (if it hasn’t already) due to the aging US population, and mortgage protection looks good as well due to the booming housing market (which could flip at any moment, who knows)

    1. Hey Eric – I’m not heavy into mortgage protection. I hear good things about Foresters and Mutual of Omaha. I’m sure there are others that are good, too.

Do you have a mortgage protection phone sales script available to train with ? Not a face to face script, but just a simple phone sales script, like your F-EXP telesales script that I have already reviewed. Something with the 3 options close built in with the R.O.P. feature ? Also, who are a few of your top recommended mortgage protection carriers with very easy simple issue products geared towards telesales ? Thanks in advance !

    1. No, we don’t. I don’t train agents to sell MP anymore. We’re dialed into the senior market for the most part.

  7. Can you be contracted with 2 company’s to sell insurance? Sell final expense for 1 & mortgage protection for the other.
